Check-in time

You can check-in any time from 16:00-23:00. A check-in outside of these hours is subject to prior arrangement and a £15 service fee.

Check-out time

Check-out is by 10:00. A late check-out is subject to prior arrangement and a £15 service fee. Late check-out will allow you to keep your room until 14:00.

Quiet hours

To avoid disturbing anyone, we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum between the hours of 23:00-06:00.

Guests

Each room can accommodate a maximum of two guests. We do not permit additional guests or visitors.

Parking

You will find plenty of room to park your car along the street. Parking is free and does not require a permit. Please do not park on the driveway.

Children

Our property is suitable for adults only. We do not permit any guests under the age of 16.

CCTV

For the safety and security of all our guests and our property, we have CCTV in communal spaces and exterior. It goes without saying, there are no CCTV cameras in private guest spaces.

Smoking and vaping

The entire property is smoke free. All guest spaces are fitted with tamper-proof smoke detectors. You may however smoke outside the front or rear of the property. Please take any trash with you.

Emergency

Each room is fitted with an emergency button that will sound an alarm throughout the property. Only use it in case of a real emergency. To contact the emergency services, call 999.
