Check-in time
You can check-in any time from 16:00-23:00. A check-in outside of these hours is subject to prior arrangement and a £20 service fee.
Check-out time
Check-out is by 10:00. A late check-out is subject to prior arrangement and a £20 service fee. Late check-out will allow you to keep your room until 14:00.
Quiet hours
To avoid disturbing anyone, we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum between the hours of 23:00-06:00.
Guests
Each room can host up to two guests. Additional guests or visitors are not allowed.
Parking
There is ample street parking available for your car, and it's free with no need for a permit. Please note that parking on the driveway is limited and must be reserved in advance for a fee of £5 per night.
Left luggage
For your convenience, we've compiled a list of various left luggage services in the city, which you find in our Guest Guidebook. Please be aware that do not provide an early luggage drop-off service, nor do we offer a collect-later option.
Children
Our property is suitable for adults only. We do not permit any guests under the age of 16. Guests must be 18 or older to make a booking.
CCTV
To ensure the safety and security of all guests and our property, we have CCTV surveillance in communal areas and outside. Please note that there are no cameras in private guest spaces. Recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days, unless requested by authorities.
Smoking and vaping
The entire property is smoke free. All guest spaces are fitted with tamper-proof smoke detectors. You may however smoke outside the front or rear of the property. Please take any trash with you.
Illegal substances
Guests are prohibited from bringing any illegal substances onto our property, including cannabis. Those who violate this rule will be reported to the authorities.

Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. You can settle any incidentals in person with cash or by card. Additionally, we can provide an invoice or a payment link.
Emergency
Each room is fitted with an emergency button that will sound an alarm throughout the property. Only use it in case of a real emergency. To contact the emergency services, call 999.​
